Friendly helpful staff and a beautiful facility. Top notch experience for the entire family. So much fun was had by all.
I took climbing 101 here, and have been hooked ever since. They have the best bouldering of all the stl upper limits. Great staff. Unfortunately it's weakest point is that there is barely any top rope walls or lead climbing. I have climbed at all the other locations, and would recommend giving this one a try, especially if you aren't top rope certified.
What an awesome day we had at Upper Limits! We had our daughter's birthday there and the staff so organized, professional, and friendly, and they were so good with the kids! The wacky walls climbing room was bright and colorful and definitely a fun challenge even for the teenagers in our group!
I had so much fun today with my gym class. The staff was amazing, supportive, enthusiastic, and made sure to explain everything in a way that wasn't confusing. There are different activities that are just so much fun. I would totally come back again.
Edit: Danny, a staff member, gave me the worst service I've ever had out. This is a shame, as Jeremy is extremely nice, along with the front desk crew and others. Danny was busy flirting with a girl when I asked him about buying chalk. This was the first time I've spoken with him, because I'm usually a weekday morning climber and he doesn't work then. He told me, in front of this girl, that I didn't need chalk for the child's route I was climbing. When I walked away to ask someone else, he started joking with the girl about it and criticizing me. Very hurtful.
Original Review: Excellent climbing and service with a smile. I have a membership with them and climb on weekday mornings. Jeremy is always encouraging and the rest of the staff is great.
