This is a new hotel that is in a great location. We wanted to visit St Louis landmarks and this is a perfect location if you have a car. The hotel itself is new and nice. The rooms are suites with a mini fridge, desk and has 2 TVs. I will definitely be back. Nice rooms and good rates.
Tommy at the front desk provided the best service. He went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely incredible. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and breakfast was great.

We've frequented Springhill over the last few years and have enjoyed the comfortable rooms and very nice staff. The only reason they didn't get a perfect 5 starts was due to a booking policy that needs to be rectified. I've booked hotels (this one specifically quite a few times itself)& I'm always very thorough about checking policies and small print. I make sure to book rooms that don't charge til I arrive and allow for cancellations up to 24 hours beforehand. The small print DIRECTLY under the payment info for my particular room stated this, per usual. I checked. They deducted immediately and claimed it was non refundable. The owner also was no help. I am hesitant to book with them again as they were very unhelpful. The breakfast is just okay, but the rooms are VERY nice for the price and our kids enjoy the indoor pool.
