Surprised by the lack of common sense of some of these previous reviews! Of course you'd have to sign off on cancelling your membership. Duh! Why would a gym just cancel something over the phone? Not a single gym out there does that!
Life Time is the only gym I have ever been proud of. This place has everything I could ever want. The moment you walk in you're greeted by the most friendly staff members. I have never had a bad experience with them. Every trip in is always beyond pleasant because of the staff up front. The gym equipment is nice and plentiful. All of the extra amenities in the locker room are a plus. I can't stay away from the cafe. They have all of the healthy and tasty choices you need. The spa makes it easy for me to rejuvenate whenever I have time. This place is awesome. Shout out to all of the management who help run this location.
Best facility I have ever been to, hands down. The customer service is beyond comparable. They literally do what you ask within reason. They accommodate my friends and family as guests anytime I ask! If you take the time to sit down with an employee to know all that your membership includes, you realize it's really not expensive. It's actually very inexpensive for the value you get.
I made the mistake of cancelling once years ago and I could not stay away! Love it here!
Truly a 5 star facility. I've been a member with other facilities and this is BY FAR the best. there are even amenities in the locker rooms, towel service everywhere you go, and staff that goes out of their way to serve you. The staff is beyond personable! I've never had an issue bringing friends and family to visit.
I have been a Lifetime Fitness member for more than 15 years. I chose this club over other ones because the Kids’ Academy is amazing! My oldest went to summer camps every year and loved rock climbing. My younger kids ask to go to the gym every day! They love the social atmosphere and kind team leaders in the Kids’ Academy. They have fun classes for the kids to attend as well. The Lifetime staff is so friendly and inviting. I only feel comfortable leaving my kids with Lifetime Academy time while I work out. The machines are state of the art and the personal trainers are awesome! I would highly recommend Lifetime West County to all my family and friends!!
I've been a member at Lifetime for 3 years and over the course of those 3 years the staff has helped me achieve and surpass all of my fitness goals. I find the staff welcoming and friendly. There's never been a day when I haven't been met with a smile. Yes, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for: top notch group fitness instructors and top notch trainers. Thomas Conner is an amazing personal trainer. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them reach their goals. In addition to my fantastic experience with Thomas, I also attended group fitness classes 5-6 times a week, and I challenge anyone to find any better group of instructors. They are the real deal, and I can promise you will not be disappointed with any of the group fitness classes. Every week they challenge me to push myself, and in return I am in the best shape I've ever been in. Everyone has been nothing but nice and encouraging from the moment I joined. I know that we all have different experiences, and it saddens me that some people have had such a negative experience with Lifetime since I have had nothing but a positive life-changing experience. At least give Lifetime a try before dismissing them because of some negative reviews. I know a ton of people who are very happy there. I've been a member at A LOT of other gyms, and there's no comparison. Lifetime is hands down the best gym in the area.
