He took every step to care and treat my pup as if was his own. I can’t say enough about how I appreciate Dr. Klein’s expertise and compassion.
Dr. Klein was great. He explained everything and answered all of my questions , including any diagnostic testing needed. He let me know my options for Friscos plan of care.
After 40 years, my vet retired. He referred us to Dr. Klein . My old man (setter), has cancer and needed help. We could not have been treated better. We were well informed as to what need to be done, how, cost, and any other questions that helped us make our surgery decision . I was kept informed during surgery, and in follow ups too. Our family will have longer with our boy. Many thanks to Dr. Klein, Ashley, Colin, and all who helped and names I didn't get.

I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and empathy that I receive at Veterinary Care Center. The entire staff truly cares about my pets, and I never feel rushed or that they don't have time to answer all of my questions. If I have a sick pet, they have always made room to see them immediately. I have multiple dogs and cats, and they handle even my difficult large dogs with compassion and patience. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the level of care I receive. I have been to many vets in the St Louis area in the past 30 years, and this one is the best in my opinion. I will always make the trip to see these doctors!
I brought our dog , Frisco in to the Veterinary Care Center because he had a very painful, swollen toe., and wouldn’t bear weight completely . The staff was very friendly, and took us in immediately to an examining room. They gave all of our information to Dr. Klein, and he assessed him.
I brought my older puppy in for veterinary services. The staff was very kind and helpful. Problem is there are so many dogs, noise and chaos that my dog came home shell-shocked. Also, he smelled like the urine of several dogs, which was so pungent that he needed a bath. He was active and put in a 'run' and seems like he was left there most of the day. Vet services are already stressful, so in the future I'm choosing a smaller, more tranquil environment for him, and a place that sends him home clean.
Caring staff that help you make good decisions about your pet. They have taken care of my golden and lab. Dr. Kline is a very accomplished surgeon who did some very challenging work on my Lab's various growths. She came through some difficult surgeries very well. The place has a good vibe; I can tell because Chewy is so relaxed when she visits. Good people.
