I also attempted to redeem my groupon. Got to the mall early, not knowing they didn't open until noon. Waited almost 2 hrs till 12:15 and then asked the woman at the store next door whether they typically open at 12 and she said sometimes they don't open at all! What kind of business is this??? I called Groupon customer service and they credited my account for the amount I paid. I proceeded to go to the other location in the mall that does the same thing for a little bit more.
I bought a groupon for eyebrow threading and have not been able to use it. When I call no one answers and when I stop by the store she's always trlls me I have to come back she's to busy. This place is horrible!!!
