I wanted to wait to review this place until I went a second time. I definitely will not be back. I had a very strange experience. It was weird that they had me choose where I was experiencing the most discomfort then my therapist focused on anywhere but there. I thought maybe if I went back it would be different. Not much different. Didn’t focus on the areas specified once again. I felt the need to let others know not to waste their time or money here. The massages are subpar, and the customer service is far worse. The entire place did not appear to be very clean.
Weird massage. She massages my stomach a lot. Also covers were small/thin, at times my “stuff” was hanging out, and she did not cover my back side. I’m not shy, but odd feeling from place.
I suppose that the customer service is alright, there was a very obvious language barrier present. However, my massage was strange. My massage consisted on a lot of stomach focus and not so much the problem areas I asked. I won’t be back here. Was the most interesting experience I ever had.
I am a Massage lover! I have been almost all Asian Massage places in the town. This is my third time to come to this place. Definitely, this is the best massage place in the town! It is amazing! Lisa is an awesome massage therapist, and she solved my pain of my left shoulder which bothered me for long time!
I came here while I was in town for a family reunion. I decided to try it despite the reviews I read online. I did not have the same experience as some people mentioned. However, my massage just was not good. It was worse than a chain spa massage. I ended up with a cramp in my back after and it would not go away. I tried to communicate which areas I wanted my therapist to focus on and the language barrier stopped me from being able to express that clearly. I tried multiple times but I ended up just giving up when she could not understand me. The place was not as tidy as I expected, but I guess that I should have known that from the reviews. I thought when I walked in I might get a certificate for a family member if the massage I got was good. However, I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.
