Couldn't even get a hot dog correct even though they read it back to me correctly twice! Wanted cheese mustard and ketchup on it. Got a plain hot dog. Normally you let this go but I gave up on this location a year ago and here I was thinking a hotdog would be good and they still cannot master the most simple of tasks. How these Sonics stay in business should be someone's MBA thesis. Lousy service, incorrect food and colder than a witches mammary gland. Pathetic. Never again! And this is chesterfield so you'd think they'd at least be able to complete a simple task. Nope - they are just as sad as their Ghetto counterpart over in Florissant. If you or someone you know is illiterate as well as incompetent - apply at Sonic Drive In's....they LOOOOOOOVE your type.
My son and I came to this location to enjoy a quick bite to eat, but left with an empty stomach, and an intense feeling of disappointment. I had checked the hours to be sure that they were open, and they were, yet when I arrived, the entrances were blocked off. There were employees inside with their cars parked normally in the lot, but nobody was allowed in. I have friends who have had similar problems with this location as well. Please do not waste your time coming out here, and be disappointed as we were.
My most recent visit was on $.50 corndog day. Was also happy hour, so large drink and two corndogs was 2 bucks and change! The dogs were great and the Cherry Limeade was delicious.
Service has improved lately as well as they have renovated the entire place. Sometimes a much longer wait than seems necessary given the circumstances, but always been nice and orders correct.
I hadn't had a corndog in ages, so it was quite the treat!
Great food and service, but unfortunately, It tends to attract a rather rowdy crowd.
