5 star service! We had an awesome waiter. They add salad, bread and ice cream to whatever you order, so it's a pretty good deal. It's slightly fancy, but still has that family friendly feel. I would highly recommend it.
It took 15 to get our drinks and another 15 to get salads and soup. Had to ask for bread which took another 5 to 10 mins. Our waitress only had our table.
Lunch time during the week. Three wait staff on and maybe 5 tables when we sat. All had their food and near done.
The food is nice, ambience is great. Kids love this place specially the train seating area. Soup/salad, entree and ice cream combos workout nice for a full meal. Wait time is not too long even at peak hours as they have enough seats. On weekends the balloon guy makes some awesome toys!!
The Old Spaghetti Factory is beautiful, with great food. It is a little pricey, but it's the perfect spot for any occasion, whether you're with your whole family or just your special someone.
Chesterfield Old Spaghetti Factory. Long wait. Plenty of seating. Lots of empty tables. Not enough wait staff. Not nearly enough coverage. Especially during holiday season. We were all seated and it took at least 30 to 45 minutes before they took our order. We didn't get any bread until we got our salads. When we left there was at least 40 people in the waiting area.
Food is as good as normal but I can't recommend based on service.
