I like this Taco Bell at Hwy 70 and Hwy K. This taco bell has generally been quick with service and good tasting food. They have been able to stay open late where the other TB up the street Hwy K and Fallon Pkwy have slow service and close by 9pm because they don't know how to hire people.
The staff here is obviously very undertrained. My food was made slowly, and when I got it, it was cold and my taco wheels were clearly old. First time I've ever finished a meal from Taco Bell. I won't be back. It's sad how poorly this location makes Taco Bell look.
Edit: I came back and they are getting better! I love seeing improvement.
I love there greetings, when I came in the door and fresh hot food. Very good place to come and eat.
I've had my order either messed up or just plain disgusting every time I've gone here. I've given chances and it's just to gross. Don't go here, if you have an issue they seem to act like you're a burden and they are incredibly slow. Disgusting.
Walked in was ignored for 2 customers in drive thru. Finally got order in, 20 minutes later food was out cold bag was wadded from someone who grabbed it said here. No have a nice day or anything. Just here. The dining area was somewhat clean but the condiment bars was not stocked. Nor did the guy that handed me my food put any napkins in the bag. The lady behind the counter was adjusting her headset and chewing gum. I was impressed that she could chew gum talk take orders and roll her eyes at the same time. Yes that was sarcasm. If I was not late for work I would have brought this all to her attention or the big lady with lots of tattoos. Oh well will not be returning ever again. Thank you for such a excellent time.
