Just moved to the area and was so impressed by the excellent level of personal customer service I received! Everyone in the office was very friendly and I love that I can reach my agent at any time or walk into the office and speak to them face to face! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance or wanting to find an agency with the best customer service, coverage, and rates around!

I received a recommendation for this State Farm office and followed up with a phone call to inquire about coverage. Although I had a large portion of business to provide this agent, his office personnel informed me that "they only do business out of the office, but they'd be happy to quote me over the phone".

We have used Sortor agency for 27 years. They have all been helpful but we have dealt with Pat most of those years and she goes way over and beyond to make sure you understand your liabilities and are properly covered but not overly covered keeping the rates compettitive. Over that time span no other company could get us the same coverage cheaper not to mention the service and family feeling that Pat provides. To most agents you are a number or commission check only. Not so here they take the time to know you and your needs.
