Had a local insurance agent call me back after a week, when I didn't even leave a message with her (just the main reception) because her recorded message was so unprofessional and ditzy that I couldn't stand to. So being nice, I let her take my information. She had a way of asking questions that were very belittling, "So do you have a three car garage, or just two?". All of her questions were like that. And then she was asking where I banked, because she needed it to access the escrow. I hadn't even gotten a quote, or told her I wanted to use her. It was very awkward and I felt very manipulated.
