It's taken me a while to write this review, and I debated whether to. Late summer I called the salon, because i saw they did kid cuts for $15.00 kids under 12. I made an appointment and took my daughter to the salon. Mind you my daughter is mixed and has a lot of hair and is very tall for her age. When the stylist came out she was looking for a kid named Olivia, I said that is my daughter. She said, "oh, ok." She took her back got her hair wet and came back out and said due to the amount of hair she would be charged for an adult cut. I was shocked and appauled, because I have never been charged due to the amount of hair for a child. I said, go ahead and cut her hair as it was dripping wet. Mind you nothing states that as a child cut you are charged by the amount of hair, but for your age. I ran down the street for about 10 minutes and came back and my daughter was sitting there waiting for me and said she had been waiting for a few minutes. Not only did she get an 8 minute cut, but she was charged $50+ dollars for an adult cut, and was asked when she went back how old she was. I will never go back to this salon and will never refer anyone, horrible customer service.
I don't write a lot of reviews but these folks go above & beyond to insure you are thrilled with your haircut and the overall experience! I recently traveled through St. Louis on business and asked a few locals where I should go for a haircut. You know a place is good when two, three, four people recommend it! I was so impressed with the stylist's knowledge and professionalism. Thank you for the best cut I've ever received -- I hope to be back in the area again VERY soon!!
