Bought an item here a little bit ago. The item was for my mother who had recently lost too much weight to fit the item. I accidentally lost my receipt. But figured I could exchange it. I go in and they said the item isn't even in their system anymore. So they did absolutely nothing for me even though the price tag was still on them and they had never been worn. Wont be shopping here very often anymore. And Danny at customer service didn't care I was upset in the slightest.
My first Target stopped at St Louis since I arrived back to my hometown and still impressed with the store itself and the customer service provided by the employees. They've done an incredible amount of updates and Renovations and it looks wonderful and it's easy to navigate through.
Definitely a top notch Target. The appliances are on point and prices are just as high as they are at any other Target.
The story of poison maroon and a knowledgeable. Stop brakes all the time and they refused to get it fixed I hate shopping at this one. I love the ones in the city and I'm close to City County one suck
The managers feel that it is okay to reprimand employees in the check out lane when the employee is clearly off the clock and doing personal shopping. Made me very uncomfortable to be in the store. Never seen such unprofessionalism.
