Excellent shopping experience. I don't shop much but I needed a suit for a job interview the next day. Jeff Finn in the suits department was a life saver! He helped me choose color and gave me a little crash course on suits. I ended up looking great and I saved a lot of money since they had a good sale going. I highly recommend if you need a suit to go see Jeff Finn in the suits department, he knows his stuff! You will not be disappointed!!
I always get great service at this macys. I was there two days ago to pick up some boots and there was only one woman working in the shoe department, bless her heart, was running around trying to help everyone as fast as she could. When they didn't have my size she offered to call west county. The ladies at the makeup counters are always pleasant as well.
A good selection, but the prices are always so unclear. Even the employees don't know the price so you basically end up haggling.
Have been a Macy customer for many years. Still enjoy the customer service and the quality.
