Burlington as a whole is a great company. The management at this location does not care. They will jump on to their employees in front of customers. The store manager is always yelling across the store or on her walkie talkie. Definitely would choose another location!
Good pricing, but you have to be careful with what you pick up. Many times the items are not sewn correctly and one that I picked up, and quickly put back almost had the sleeve sewn shut!
This was my first visit to this location and I was pleasantly surprised to find exactly what I was looking for. I was shopping for a carry on suitcase. This location has about 3 full rows of luggage! Major score! If you are in need of nice and reliable luggage that also comes with a warranty (based on the manufacturer), but are looking for a deal, this is the jackpot stop! The store was organized very well. My reasoning for the 4 star is because of the waiting in line experience. It was very busy, yet only three cashiers. I waited in line for a solid ten minutes while some dude (I'm assuming was a manager because he was the only one in a grey shirt) continually walked the line. He never said excuse me, or greeted anyone, or even smiled, he just kept hastily forcing himself through the line. It was honestly very obnoxious.
Do not write a check at this location. I realize checks are a thing of the past, but my wife spent $202 on clothing here. Not only did they run the check through electronically but they also deposited the check. The clothes cost us $404 dollars. We caught it and presented all the evidence to Burlington. They opened a ticket and we haven’t heard back since. It has been a year. Suffice it to say we won’t be back.
For what it is, it's fine. The selection is not consistent. Reminds me of shopping at a flea market.
