This Contractor Does not pay there Subcontractors, No return phone Calls, Excuse after Excuse. Do not trust Them !!!!!

Gundaker gave me exceptional service, and the reassurance that I was taken care of.
We got slammed with mailers and flyers from companies saying we had damage, we had people beating down our door hassling us wanting to inspect our roof so I gave in. After a 3 minute inspection he came down and said my roof was trashed and it was easily totaled. Red flags went up right away and we went to friends and family and got refered to Gundaker Construction, couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Mike and Patrick came out the same day I called and spent about an hour inspecting our home. When finished they showed us photos of the damage we did have and explained it wasn't enough to warrant filing a claim. Saved us a huge headache and a ton of time! Thank you so much!
Mike and his guys were able to give us quality repairs that fit within our small budget. They genuinely cared about the job they were doing. While other companies were focused on picking up as much business as possible due to the tornado, Gundaker was spending their time figuring out how I was going to make my repairs fit with what my insurance company was wanting to give me.
Mike and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof, siding and windows! They went above and beyond with their service! I will have them back for any future projects and highly recommend them to anyone!
