Nicole Kelly was the best realtor we have ever known! We have utilized 7 realtors in our lifetimes, and have known others. She did everything possible to help us, not only purchasing a home, but also was very understanding to our personal matters. Very sensitive to our daughter as well. Many just ignore your children’s/teenagers needs and wants. She even sent me a photo of a record player that she thought would have been a good Christmas gift idea. We already had one. We worked with Danielle Badridze and she was phenomenal! As a young first time home buyer, I had no idea what to do or expect. Danielle took the time to explain everything, and was there whenever I had even the silliest question. She really listened to what we were looking for in a house and worked with us and our crazy work schedules. She is so personable and truly gets to know you and understand you. While we did find our perfect starter home, I hope the next time we look, we can use her again!
My realtor, Dan Pigg, was fantastic! Within about a month I had found my dream home. Being new to St Louis and buying my first home, I wasn't sure what neighborhood to live in, but Dan is a former Police officer and was able to recommend a beautiful neighborhood that I now call home! Dan and his team helped me make a competitive offer on my home, so I felt like a got a great deal, and the process was so easy. He even met with contractors at the house on my behalf, so I would know that the necessary repairs were in my budget. Dan's team was extremely prompt in getting the documents back to me. When I was ready to put in an offer, he had the offer letter to me to sign that same night. I never felt like I was one of many clients, although I knew he was busy. If you're looking for a realtor who will make things easy, and will treat you like family, definitely give Dan Pigg a call!
Rachel Gaglio has been the most professional realtor I have worked with in buying my 6th house. She was patient and accommodating in meeting my requirements during the home search, and she accomplished all of the steps toward closing with the highest degree of professionalism. In other words, she took the worry out of the details and instilled confidence in the resolution of all issues in bringing the sale to a successful resolution. I will definitely seek her assistance again if I ever decide to move again.
What's it like working with Kelli? It's like meeting a magical unicorn that is super professional and can literally make your dreams come true. I know what you're thinking, "what in the world?!," but she's not of this world...did you not just read what I wrote you idiot?! And while we're speaking of idiots, don't be one right now and even consider using someone else to sell or buy your home. Kelli is the best, hands down, most awesome, attentive, hilarious and professional agent we've ever worked with. From start to finish we knew exactly what would happen in the process and when it would happen. Again, be someone smart, be someone people can say they are proud to know and go with Kelli. If you don't, well, the best I can say is that I hope you are happy living a less than great, for the most part mediocre existence.
