Horrible go to any other pizza place wouldn't give this place another dime after I was on hold for 10 minutes no clue on what they are doing worst pizza Hut pizza I have ever had.
Took about 50mins when they said 30. Which wasn't so bad, except the pizza wasn't hot, or even warm. The worst post was the driver didn't have any change, so I pretty much forced to give $5 tip on a $15 order.
I would give them zero stars if at all possible.These people have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever come across, and they take years to deliver to a place that is literally FOUR MINUTES AWAY.
I placed an online order at 10:03 a.m. to be delivered at an elementary school by 12 noon for a student party. That was confirmed with an email. Then at 1:00(!!!) I called back for a THIRD time to then cancel the order because I couldn't wait any longer and had to feed the children. The manager raised his voice at me, got an attitude, and acted like it was my fault for placing an order online instead of calling. This was only for 2 pizzas, not 20.
Pizza smokin hot and joke in the house is 30 minute eta means 5 minutes
