Lakeside Exteriors did a fantastic job! It installed high quality siding to our home and it is beautiful. Our neighbors, who have to look at our house all the time, really like it as well. In fact, two others on our block have used them for their siding. They were on time and efficient. The workers were professional and the company quickly addressed the few and minor concerns I had. The took great care to protect our plantings while working on the house. They even found a warren of bunnies in our yard and staked a sign there to make sure they did not disturb them.
Lakeside Exteriors installed James Hardie siding on our home and replaced 13 windows and 3 exterior doors. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. We found their pricing to be in line with their competitors for siding but less expensive for windows. Their lifetime workmanship warranty was also a big selling point for us. The crews that worked on our home were professional, courteous, and paid great attention to detail. We have already recommended Lakeside to several of our friends and neighbors and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
Lakeside did a project for us in 2 phases. In total, we had them totally reside our home with James Hardie Siding and replaced all the windows except for the front facade. It's a costly process but the quality of workmanship and attention to details provided by their crews was phenomenal. Kudos to the O brothers, Isaac and Mike. I would not do a project without them. In addition, their warranty and annual product check is another benefit of hiring them. We will definitely will be calling on Lakeside when we are ready to replace the front windows and finally have our exterior updates compelte!
Lakeside Exteriors replaced 78 windows and all of the siding on our atrium ranch home in 2012. The house looks tremendous and their level of craftsmanship is second to none! Their crews are professional, courteous, and timely and it shows in the finished product. If you're not convinced in the investment in Lakeside Exteriors, take a look at any house that wasn't upgraded by them and then look at one of their jobs. The results simply don't compare. A++ in every way!!!
Steve and his crew from Lakeside exteriors just completed caulking, sanding, replacing trim, and painting our hardy siding. I have to say I have never been so impressed with quality people and quality workmanship. They are attentive to every detail and clean up so well that I never even knew they were here other than the beautiful work they left behind.. Steve and his crew were and are very polite, courteous never heard a foul word come out of their mouths. Lakeside has got it right with these guys. I would hire them again in a second!!!
