Apparently this location is doing so well that they can turn away business if they're not feeling up to helping customers. One of your associates who answered the phone tonight at approximately 4:30pm just lost me as a customer by her lack of commitment to being helpful. At your prices, you should care. I called in excited to get a last minute birthday gift for my fiancé fully aware that it is somewhat close to closing time but not close enough to where I thought it'd be an inconvenience to get one last order in. I was wrong. The woman who answered the phone made it almost impossible to place an order. When I asked about getting a chocolate covered mixed fruit assortment that says Happy Birthday somewhere on or around the box it was like pulling teeth trying to get her to help customize my request which I basically laid out for her by telling her what I saw online. Then she said, "Well we close at 5 so..." to which I then hung up sensing her need to go home at 5 rather was far greater than fulfilling the request of a customer who was obviously interested in making a purchase. Horrible customer service and a huge disappointment in the enthusiasm of the staff. Will never go to this location again. Fail.
VERY difficult to order from this location. I thought it would be a quick phone call to place an order but it took 3 separate calls, including the supervisor calling me because the person couldn't figure out a tax exemption (and having to repeat half the information with address, etc). The card message had to be corrected multiple times. Could not use coupon code. When telling the supervisor how difficult it was to order from here, she was laughing. Zero concern that I will never order from there again.
