A few weeks ago I was in the store again and mentioned my experience to the owner. I no longer had my receipt and since it was more than six months not readily available in his system. I did not make a big deal of it and left.
What kind of ups store doesn't carry the ups boxes? This one because they would rather charge you for something ups offers free.

Yesterday, I received a call from the store stating my refund check was waiting for me to pick up at the store. The owner went out of his way to pursue damages from UPS on my behalf.
