Tons of bikes in stock. Of course I wanted one that wasn't in stock, they ordered and it arrived in 3 days! They built it up for me, even set up the tires as tubeless. I was riding by the weekend!
Was just in there and picked up my first road bike a contend sl1. Love it service was great and quick. Big shark west is the best place to purchase your new bike. Unlike trailblazers bike shop they are terrible!
Super friendly staff, and I liked being able to see the service guys working on bikes. They had the oddball parts I needed for an old bike in stock, and let me have them for a reasonable price. Great experience, will buy my next bike there.
Just picked up my new Cannondale SuperX!! Bike was put together well, fitting was great! Had great communication while it was on order and when I would receive my new ride. Thanks for a great experience Big Shark West!! Now time to hit some gravel
Visited them twice, first time for bike tune-up and second to help my child choose a bike. First time, I discovered at home that they didn't put wheel safety caps back after service. Ok, inconvenience, but that happens. Second time, they referred me to someone who looked like trainee who either didn't know how to or didn't care to answer my questions. He seemed to not be interested in doing his job or at least learning. Ok, these may be my projections but why come to this store if it makes local staff suffer so obviously? Yes it could have been bad luck both times - but there is a certain pattern here.
