Had a great time Zachary was my server and he was awesome. The kitchen messed up on small things but Zach made up for them with great customer service. It was busy but the food came out fast and hot which was great because my daughter pick this place for her bday, she made a good decision.
Three wonderful meals in a row from three different locations. All good. Yes there is a small wait time but it is so worth it. The catfish is good the chicken is great and the reuben is beyond words. Go. Enjoy
Outstanding service! I was traveling and had to hit the road asap, but hadn't had dinner yet and didn't want fast food for my very picky 6 year old son, who does love steak. Since I'm not familiar with the area, I asked around and someone suggested 54th street. I informed my server Maureen of our urgency...and she was on it! Took my son's food order with my drink order (since kids generally take longer to eat) and had the food to the table faster than I've ever experienced anywhere! The food itself was slightly above average, but Maureen's exceptional service is what got 5 stars. She even got me a to-go iced tea on my way out, knowing I'll want the caffeine for my long drive ahead. That's called anticipating your customers needs, and her service was a text book example of that. Kudos!
The 5 Star rating is for the food and the excellent service. This establishment is very clean, the food is delicious, and the service was OUTSTANDING!!! We went during the lunch hour, and there was absolutely NOWHERE to park. You have to park in a separate lot, in front of a closed hhgregg store, behind the restaurant. You may want to get there before the lunch or dinner rush to get decent parking.
